Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship orders within the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium from our fulfillment center in the Netherlands.

Netherlands
Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on a business day are dispatched the same day and are usually delivered the next business day.

Germany & Belgium
Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on the destination and local courier operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
